The Kyrus HiGlyde Max1000 linear track is a self contained track which can extend the range of your robot – no matter the manufacturer of your robot.

Max 1000 tracks are propelled by a robot auxiliary axis, which is connected to your robot controller and allows the linear unit to be driven and controlled in the same manor as the other robot joints.
The Kyrus Max track system comprises of various track modules which can be interconnected in order to form a track of any length. Multiple carriage modules can then be added to the track which accommodate the robot and propel it along the linear track.
  • Made from unique aluminium extrusions, designed by Kyrus exclusively for use in high payload linear actuator units.
  • Fully modular and easily extendable to any length.
  • A range of drive options, including rack and pinion and ball screw drives. Kyrus can assist with the specification of the auxiliary axis motor.
  • Able to be mounted to floor, wall, or ceiling.
  • Compatible with optional extras, such as additional carriages, robot risers, additional covers and auto lubrication systems.
  • Low mounted precision linear guide rail for superior stability and rigidity.
  • System specific end stops adjustable feet with levelling screws and cross joining plates to match load requirements
  • Anti slip ‘walk-on’ checker plate with central cable management system.
  • Integrated swing in gearbox housing allow for easy adjustment.
