The Kyrus HiGlyde Linear Track prioritises both safety and controllability; walk-on aluminium chequer plate covers protect linear guides, whilst central cable management reduces the track size. A variety of transmission options, including hardened helical rack, belt driven, or ball screw, and low mounted precision linear guide rails work to provide a superior stability. Alongside this, our linear tracks use the highest quality gearboxes, as supplied by industry leader Nidec, for outstanding precision gearboxes.

The linear track is an efficient and convenient way of increasing the work envelope and abilities of your robot - allowing your stationary robot to move in a linear motion between workstations or over a long workpiece. Linear tracks are commonly used for welding, pick and place, painting, assembly and a whole range of other applications.
Kyrus’ HiGlyde Midi is the second largest of the HiGlyde Linear Track range, capable of handling payloads between 250-750kg. Used for smaller applications, the HiGlyde Midi is the most versatile of the three linear track models. The design of the Midi is based on a twin beam construction, but utilises the smaller of the two overall.
